All’ultimo momento prenotiamo per il giorno di ferragosto e partiamo per raggiungere questa struttura nelle colline romagnole. Alla reception veniamo accolti da personale molto cordiale che ci spiega, molto velocemente ma in modo esaustivo, come funziona la struttura. Ci avviamo all’aperitivo (a buffet, gustoso e abbondante) nel pratino sottostante la struttura dove trovano posto ombrelloni lettini, la piscina riscaldata e un bar. Saliamo per il pranzo, il personale è attento e metodico sotto la supervisione della direttrice di sala, il pranzo di ottima qualità è servito con i tempi giusti. Unico appunto, la sala gremita risulta calda e umida e rumorosa. Dopo il pranzo torniamo nel pratino, recuperiamo due lettini e, dopo un riposo all’ombra, ci immergiamo nella piscina riscaldata. Nel tardo pomeriggio aperitivo al bar dove una barista gentile e preparata, serve aperitivi e stuzzichini vari. Unica nota fastidiosa, stonata e distorta ( nel vero senso dei termini) un cliente (al quale ho affibbiato il nome di menestrello) che improvvisa un non ben definito karaoke!!!!! Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Esperienza da consigliare, abbiamo trascorso 4 gg in famiglia con due bimbi piccoli. Struttura ottima, ben conservata, sia per quanto riguarda hotel che servizi accessori (piscina interna ed esterna e zona relax) inserita in un contesto molto gradevole di fronte al lago. Suggeriamo di attrezzare maggiormente la zona esterna per l'accoglienza dei più piccoli (qualche gioco in più ed una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia dei giochi - casetta, scivolo etc..). Un particolare apprezzamento allo Chef per l'offerta del ristorante ed alla qualità dei prodotti utilizzati ed al personale in generale. Suggeriamo di variare più frequentemente il buffet degli antipasti.

Costruzione hotel non nuovissima ma molto ben gestita, Ottima pulzia sia nelle camere e bagni che nelle parti comuni. Piscina con acqua calda collegata all'esterno e palestra dotata di attrezzature efficienti. Personale molto disponibile e preparato. Abbiamo optato per un trattamento mezza pensione: colazione ricca e con gustose tortee fatte in casa, cena varia e di ottima qualità: risotti molto gustosi e varii.
